c. Speed shall be adjusted to ensure that contact is maintained for at least 0.25 seconds between the electrode
and any point on the insulation or according to the formula in method 900 of UL 1581.
d. The frequency of the voltage shall be 60Hz or 400Hz, or as listed in UL 1581.
e. Use of voltmeter-equipped spark testers is optional.
f. Spark test voltage shall be in accordance with table XVII.
