4.4.3.4 Sampling for group D tests. Samples for group D test shall be selected by testing the first production
run of each type and size of cable each year.
4.4.3.5 Sampling, accept/reject criteria. Material found unacceptable shall be resubmitted for re-inspection
only after all materials are re-examined or retested and all defective materials are removed or defects corrected.
Material resubmitted shall be verified 100 percent for the failing characteristic. Material found acceptable during re-
screening inspection/testing can be re-identified and released as a separate lot.
4.4.4 Group A inspections. Group A inspections as required by the specification sheet shall be performed on
samples selected in accordance with 4.4.3.1.
4.4.5 Group B inspections. Group B inspections as required by the specification sheet shall be performed on
samples selected in accordance with 4.4.3.2.
